My favorite things to cook
We are really into taking a recipe and making it our own. Typically don't follow a recipe to the T but we love cooking healthy. We are very active and I do figure competitions so it is interesting to keep it healthy but keep it flavorful!

Dijon and Avocado Rubbed Beef Tenderloin Roast
I don't normally eat roast so perhaps this is why I did not like it.
