Amazingly delicious!! I can see why the author named it so, the toasted sesame is the soul of this dish! Only that it's a little bit greasy, I'd reduce the safflower oil to half the amount.

Taste really good, even with some noodle. Yet I would prefer marinating it for longer then 30mins, in room temperature. The juice makes it Excellent if it was in the meat!
