Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate
Maybe I should not fill the whole mug with water and milk, it tastes too thin to me. I added a little bit ginger powder in it which makes it all even better!

Baked Scallops
topped parmassan gets too dry, and easy to fall off. It needs some kind of sauce to fix them together.

Spanish Rice II
Excellent recipe! Love the taste. I just added a little more celery and dry basil to make it more colorful. Really easy and delicious!
