Spinach and Artichoke Dip

People love this recipe, great hit at a party. Straight forward and tasty. I serve it with tortilla chips or Italian bread. I will make it as is again, but I will also make it with some horseradish to give it a kick.

Four Cheese Macaroni

This is a really good base for mac and cheese, I did change the recipe slightly, as per the other reviewers- i.e. I used 2/3 cups of the shredded cheeses, I only used one egg, and I used two cups of half and half. Additionally, I added about 1.5 cups of frozen peas to get some color and veggies in there, but I think you could add just about anything to the mix. Also, I found that it reheated better than I expected, just like any other cheese-based dish.

Best Ever Banana Bread

The bread was definitely moist, but it tasted a little bland. I think this is a good starter recipe, next time I will probably add some spices.

Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion

My friend found this recipe a couple of years ago and we have been using it ever since. I love it. But it can be a little rich, I find that if I just add sauce to a single dish of pasta, the proportions work better.
