Apple Crisp II
I must agree with the majority of the people on this dessert. It was perfect! I used 8 granny smith apples and sliced them thinly in the food processor. I tossed the apples in the sugar mixture just to coat them, and omitted the water. I also doubled the crust recipe and put half on the bottom, then the layer of apples, then the other half on the top. It was wonderful! Served with cold vanilla bean ice cream and a cup of smooth coffee. Mmm good!
