Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Yum!!!!! Simple recipe, delicious results...and very versatile! I've added broccoli, black olives, and various other vegetables and the pasta still tastes wonderful!!

Oat Applesauce Muffins
Ehh...these are only fair. They're a bit bland and just not all that wonderful of a flavor. Even so, I would eat them if they were served and would still enjoy them.

Zucchini Bread VI
This is hands down the best zucchini bread I have ever had. It is absolutely delicious and does not lack in any flavor!! Beautiful and tasty results every time!
