Well I'm Amanda and I am a 24 year old stay at home mom. I am married to a wonderful man and we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter.I live in the Bahamas.I love to go boating and go to the beach, love to cook, bake and spend time with my family. I love baking sweets, such as pies, cakes, goody bars and I also love to cook all kinds of food, american, italian and especially bahamian cuisine. Growning up we always had a really big sunday lunch....it was like having thanksgiving every sunday Just knowing that I have never burnt anything that I made I was asked to bake some pumpkin rolls. Four of them to be exact. Well, I made the first one and tried to roll it up and it broke, same with the second, then the third, so I did not even attempt the fourth.
