I'm a fun loving and energetic American Latina. Born and raised in the Bronx NY and now reside in New Jersey. I'm of Puerto Rican decent and I love to experiment in the kitchen. I have lots of kitchen gadgets and use them all. I can never have my food hot enough but I also love old fashion comfort foods. I'm a single mom and my son is my food guinnea pig. He's a good sport. In my home we do it all: Spanish, Chinese, Indian, middle eastern, southern, Italian you name it. Anything with cheese. lots of cheese. Just love all kinds. Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner. Holiday Ham and my own creation of baked macaroni and cheese with bacon and little bits of green and red peppers for a kick. Family and friends request it for every occassion. lick your plate yumminess! A never again Chili lasagna. I used the "no cook" ready to bake lasagna noodles and it just never cooked. The noodles were very hard and chili got dried out. My son ate it:) I also tend to get busy doing other things and I set the building fire alarm off once and the fire department had to come. Very embarrassing. I burned the pork chops.
