Jasmine's Brussels Sprouts

This was a great idea for brussels! My husband loved it too. I used frozen sprouts tho, not fresh and it turned out just fine.

Loved this! Except when I made it I used a lot more potatoes (my red ones were smaller) and I would recommend maybe use less cheese. A pound of cheese is a LOT of cheese. But I will definitely make again. :)

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Brought this to work and everyone LOVED it! I used a lot more garlic (always do - I'm a garlic pig). I think next time I'd use a little more cream cheese and/or sour cream tho. YUMMY!

Amazing White Clam Sauce

Best recipe EVER. I've made this several times. I too cut down on the oil a bit and add extra clams and garlic.I think next time I'll try a little cornstarch to thicken it up.
