My cooking tragedies
1: Making tri-colored bread in food processor. Make one, tomato, spinich, and white dough and roll and braid together for a great bread. While lifting out tomato bread, sliced finger --- blood in bread!! Lucky it was in the tomato dough..
2: Used baking soda instead of corn starch by accident in a stirfry reciepe for guests... tried to neutralize with lemon juice... was disasterous..
