Buttermilk Pound Cake II

I halved this recipe and baked for only an hour. It turned out really great for my first pound cake and I'm really impressed. Next time I'd like to use real lemons over lemon extract and I'd like to use a taller pan, I used a small loaf pan. For those who say their cakes came out dense, use less 1tbs less flour and more egg yolks.

I agree with others, it is veeery messy to make, but well worth the mess. I used regular breadcrumbs, instead of Italian because they tasted better plain.

Easy Peach Crisp II

Very good! It was my first time making it. I used a 9x6 pan and made 1/2 the amount of topping with a full can of peaches. I added 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar to the peaches and let it set. This made a much richer filling! Next time I will make it with fresh peaches!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

They taste great, but these are really thin flat cookies. They were so thin we rolled them up after they cooled and ate them. Very moist overall, but likely not making these again.
