Italian Peas
This is delicious and barely takes longer than boiling a bag of frozen peas. We sauteed the onion and garlic, then after a couple of minutes added sliced mushrooms. This dish is very aromatic and tastes wonderful!

Baked Applesauce
Our family is applesauce snobs because my mother-in-law's homemade applesauce is so delicious, we can't even look at store-bought anymore. I made this recipe for my in-laws this week, and they loved it - it got rave reviews from the queen herself. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Spiders
This recipe is wonderful. Made it with my son for his grandparents, who keep running out and asking for more! We have made three batches now, to share with family/friends - everyone loves these. We've used combos of semi-sweet/butterscotch/PB that others suggested, as well as milk choc/butterscotch. It helps to refrigerate the spiders if you use PB in the recipe - the PB makes the coating a tiny bit melty. All were delicious and very fun to make.
