Baked Omelet
This was really good. My daughter loved it of course i had to put some ketchup on top for her. The only thing different I did was add mushrooms because we love them.

Red Beans and Rice
This was really good the only thing that I changed was adding tomoatos with green chiles> I loved it and will make it again but it was a lil spicy for my daughter.

Simple Time Pork Chops
Very good. I was actually suprised about how good it turned out. Made loaded mashed potatoes to go with it. Great Dinner. Thanks
