Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Really great soup! Quick and easy ... will be my 'go to' potato soup for sure and I think it'll lend itself to lots of other things as well ... I'll be adding other veggies for an additional twist ... thanks for sharing!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
this soup is fantastic ... I've been making it for years now ... the only change I make is to use FF 1/2 & 1/2 in place of the milk to give it a creamier consistency. Be careful ... don't heat too quickly or the cheese will burn and stick to the bottom of the pan ... heat very gently and it won't burn or curdle!

White Bean Chicken Chili
This was very good ... I didn't have any tomatillos, so I skipped them ... used a can of corn, instead of fresh ... added extra cumin and coriander and about a TBSP of red pepper flakes. Will definitely make again, it was a hit!
