Apricot Glazed Chicken
This recipe was OK, but could be great with a few modifications. First, I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Also, I added red pepper flakes to add a bit of spice. Also, next time I will use more apricot preserves and double the sauce because there wasn't too much left after the chicken finished cooking, and it is nice to have some when serving with rice.

Sweet Garlic Tomato Beef Pasta
This is such a delicious recipe. I only make 2 small changes. First, I use small pasta shells instead of the larger. Second, I use a spicy ground sausage instead of ground beef, it gives the recipe a nice sweet and spicy taste. Excellent recipe!!

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf
This recipe was delicious! The only changes I made was to add a packet of dry onion soup mix, like others have suggested, and then for the topping, I could not find pineapple preserves, so I used crushed pineapple, which still was delicious!
