Meatball Nirvana
These were delicious. I followed the recipe ingredients wise, except for substituting an egg for the milk, then instead of baking them, I made the meatballs smaller, fried them to make them crispy on the outside, then simmered them in spaghetti sauce for a 1/2 hour to let them fully cook. Delicious!

Ho Ho Cake
This is a delicious recipe. I almost followed the recipe exactly, except I added 1 tbsp of vanilla extract to the filling and I used a regular sized box of chocolate fudge cake mix. Finally, stand mixers are great to use with this recipe because the filling takes a long time to mix. You cannot go wrong with this cake!

Old Settlers' Baked Beans
I have made a similar baked beans dish for some time now. The only changes that I make is to not drain any of the beans, add an extra can of pork and beans, and also add a 1/2 cup of sugar (both regular and brown) instead of the 1/3 cup as the recipe indicates! Very delicious!
