Im 29 years old and work as a Quantity Surveyor. I love baking... mostly because its what I am good at. I can make an excellent spaghetti bolognese but apart from that my skills are rather limited. My granda was a baker and my mum and gran both used to bake. My boyfriends mum is Phillipino and she is such an excellent cook... she can make pretty much any dish!! which is good for me as I get to eat her amazing dishes. My spaghetti bolognese and my refrigerated white chocolate cake. Beef stir fry... meat was so tough I nearly broke my teeth!!
