Easy No Bake Cookies
These are great! I've been looking for a no-bake without peanut butter because of a nut allergy. The sugar needs to be cut down alot and maybe add some cocoa powder to the sugar mixture if making with the chocolate pudding. I used Devil Food and will experiment with other puddings.

Chip Chicken Lollipops
Love it! I was fun to make and very different. I added worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to egg and milk mixture, plus salt and peppered chicken. I used BBQ chips. There are countless ways you can make this recipe. Most important is to season your chicken. I followed anothers review by baking on wire racks on a cookie sheet so you don't have to turn after 10 minutes.

Quick Chinese-Style Vermicelli (Rice Noodles)
Everyone liked these for our take-out night. It's very easy and my picky eater loved eating with chopsticks. I added garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and left out green onions(because of picky eater). I didn't measure the sauce ingredients just added to pan and it turned out perfect. I served Chip Chicken Lollipops also and it turned out to be a fun dinner.
