World's Best Lasagna

Wow! This was an excellent lasagna recipe!!! I cooked the sauce for 1 hour instead of 1 1/2 hours and it turned out great! All of my guests cleaned their plates and many asked for seconds.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These are outstanding Snickerdoodles!!! They are deliciously sweet and extremely soft. I actually used low fat butter and egg whites and added 2 teaspoons of artificial butter flavoring to make mine a little heathier- they still turned out perfect!! What a delightfull cookie!

Basic Pasta

Simple and quick! I added a tsp more salt to create more flavor. I also let the pasta rest 20 minutes after kneading. This made the dough alot easier to work with.

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

YUM!!! This was a hit in my household. I will never buy boxed mac and cheese again. I combined sharp cheddar and mozerella which created a flavor explosion for the taste buds.

I made this for guests and they were very impressed. Delicious recipe!!! I would add more mushrooms, and make sure you cover them completely with the sauce while cooking.

A Catering Company's Marinade

This is a quick and easy fix for grilled or pan cooked chicken. If you can't marinade over night, a couple of hours would do. I do suggest cutting the soy sauce in half... Besides that the chicken comes out very moist and tender.

Shrimp Durango

This was an easy recipe, but I would suggest not using just any white wine because the sauce will come out sweet - a Sauvignon Blanc is drier wine (which I would recomend) rather than a Reisling or Chardonnay and I used lemon instead of lime.. It was a nice light pasta with a kick..

Amish White Bread

LOVED IT!!! My family loved the fresh baked bread. I did however leave it in the oven for 5 more minutes because the first loaf was not as light and fluffy due to under baking... I will make this recipe again!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

This was a wonderful recipe!!! My cookies turned out beautifully. I did however add 1/4 cup more of white sugar and brown sugar to add sweetenss to the recipe and 1 tbsp more of vanilla, without it I found the cookies had more of a buttery taste. To make them perfectly round I rolled them into a ball and pressed them into 1/2 inch pieces(like small pancakes)and baked @ 350 degrees.
