Blueberry Buckle

My husband loved this! I used buttermilk instead of regular. I also used 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of white for the topping. It was so moist and not to sweet. You really have to adjust the baking time. I had to bake it for at least 10 additional minutes. I will definitley make this again...I don't know that I have a choice, my entire family loved it!

I followed the recipe as written and these turned out horrible! They were not done in the 17-20 minutes, It was hard to mix and they don't have much flavor. We will not be making these again.

Stuffed Shells IV

My family loved this recipe. It was so good. I changed a few minor things and spiced my meat with various seasoning. Overall I stayed with the same technique. It takes a little bit of time, but it was well worth it! Thanks!

Italian Cream Cake II

This cake is so moist. I made it for a family get together and everybody loved it. I was a little nervous to make it from scratch, but it is truly the best cream cake I have ever made. The cake is not to dense at all. Thank You for the recipe.

French Toast Stars

The french toast has a very good taste. A really good difference from the regular french toast. The only problem I had is they were a little to sweet for me. Next time I will cut back on the honey.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These are the best oatmeal cookies I have ever had. The only thing I changed was the oats. I didn't have quick cooking oats, so I used the old fashioned. I also added chocolate chips and pecans. This is the only oatmeal cookie recipe I will use.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

This salmon is so good. I didn't have onion powder, so I used garlic powder. I broiled it for 5 minutes on both sides and then baked it for about another 15 minutes on 350. It turned out so good. I did cut back on the cayenne pepper because I didn't want it to be to spicy. My husband loved it. This is the only way I will make my salmon from now on. Thanks.

Southern Peach Cobbler

I should have listened when another person said there is no crust. I don't know what the flour milk mixture is suppose to be, but it's not a crust at all. The taste is not so bad, but not for me, sorry.

Apricot Chicken

I give this recipe 4 stars because I had to doctor the sauce and add some spice to the chicken. The soy sauce seems to overpower the sauce. I added about another tablespoon of apricot and some pineapple with the juice. I added just enough until I reached the flavor I liked. I spiced the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. I did it on the stove top and it was wonderful. It tasted like takeout. Thanks.

Soul Smothered Chicken

This is really good. I spiced it up a little bit more because it was bland. I also reduced everything because I didn't use a whole chicken. Next time I think I will not use carrots, they were a little to hard. The recipe has a wonderful texture. I will be making this a lot this winter. Thanks for the recipe.
