Best Pot Roast Ever!! I just added some garlic and mushrooms. Also after 7 hours I took the Pot Roast out cut it up. Than added some flour to gravy to thicken. I had alot of gravy left over so I used the sause to make strognoff. Just Brown some lean ground beef and add sour cream and worcestershire. OMG the BEST STROGNOFF SAUSE EVER!! I would find it hard to get all that natural beef flavor. So really you get two great meals out of it. Wow!! Thanks soo much! P.S. Im gonna try this sause with Salsibery Steak too=D
