Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
Very creamy!! I used dill relish bec I dont like sweet and didnt add lemon juice bec it would have been too runny. I was tempted to add spices or some mustard but decided to stay true to the recipe and I'm glad that I did:)

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
I was really shocked in how good this was. I was worried that it was gonna be greasy or turn into a pile of mush..but I figured, What the heck ill give it a try. I used mild sausage and hunts mushroom sauce.(my fav sauce bec its not sweet) I did boil the sausage for like 5 mins. Than threw in the rest of the ingrients along with garlic powder, oregano, hot sauce and some chopped up green olives. I had this with spagetti with parmesan cheese on top. The sausage turned out really tender and it does melt in your mouth!!! Very Easy and Very Good. This is the only way Ill ever make sausage and peppers for now on:) Try this one People!!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2009
I make chili like this all the time. Add some garlic, sometimes corn and Instead of adding tomato juice I just add a bigger can of sauce. Also you cant forget the stewed tomatoes. Hits the spot everytime.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
This was really, really good but I have to rate this a 3 bec I dont think Id like it too much without my changes. First off I made this in the slow cooker. Put 4 cups chicken broth, 8 ounces Velveeta and 8 ounces mild chedder cheese on high for an hour to let the cheese melt. While that was cooking I cooked some bacon and sauteed an onion and 3 cloves garlic. Threw some frozen broccoli in the bacon, onion, cloves and cooked on low for 4 hours. Near the end I put 4 tablespoons flour to thicken it up and left the slow cooker uncovered for 15 mins. I didnt put any milk in it didnt seem to need it. Had some butter and toast on the side. I will def make again. Thank you for the inspiration.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I made this for a Broccoli cheese Soup from this site and wanted to add bacon so Id figure Id kill two birds with one stone and try this one out. While I thought it was a good idea I think the temperature needs to be higher. My Bacon didnt get too crispy. It was in there for 10 mins drained the fat than another 15 mins. Will use again but adjust the time or temperature.

I dont think it matters which one you use. I just think the cranberry sauce is a tad sweeter.(did not add any sugar)Used frozen meatballs. And I also put them in the slow cooker for about 3 hours on low. Than its good all night on warm. I plan on making them every for every New years from now on so thank you for this recipe.

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
This was worth trying. I too mixed the milk, soup and beef together with an addition to a handful of cheese. Put some peas on the bottem and the rest of the cheese the last 10 mins. I also put some bacon bits on half of this and it went real well together. I ended up putting it on all of it. This is one of those recipes that you can play with and is even better the next day.

Made this for Christmas. This was my first time making a ham. My ham was like 70% fat and unedibale But the parts I could eat were really good. I think instead of picnic bone ham Im going to try center cut ham. I bought a 8 pounder and it was a big waste of money;/

My local supermarket doesnt sell tilipia anymore so I decided to try perch. To my surprise I liked Perch better taste alot like tilpia but doesnt get mushy. This is a good start to my perch eating adventures and since there are only 3 perch recipes Ill have to do recipes that call for tilpia but use perch. This was light and simple and will probally make again but doctor it up.
