Reviewed: May 8, 2009
Yum-o-matic! Went with the recipe exactly! I might add some finely minced garlic in the pan also since I love garlic. Also gonna try it with parmesan cheese since I dont get mozzaralla much. Better than store bought or from a restaurant:)

Ham and Cheese Bowties

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
I enjoyed the creaminess of mine. If yours turned out gritty that means you didnt smooth out the flour and butter enough and if it tasted like flour you didnt cook it long enough. I was worried about that took alittle longer than expected. Good recipe but needs tweekin. Having different blends of cheeses and maybe peas or broccoli would have helped alot. There was definitely a missing link. Would Try again.

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
Now this is the kinda recipe I love!! Fast, Easy and tastes great. I chopped up some garlic and marinated with the Italian Dressing for 15 mins. I would suggest NOT marinating it much longer. The acid cooks the chicken making it dry. Ive tried something like this a while back and it turned out horrible bec I marinated it overnight. I also used half breadcrumbs and half parmesan cheese. I will be making this regularly.

Ground Beef Curly Noodle

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
Holy !! This recipe just didnt sound right. I would never think tomatoes and Corn would go good with ramen noodles at all But I was wrong. One thing I didnt understand was the portions of this recipe. I would like some noodles with my ground beef lol So what I did was boil 4 ramen noodles seprate and used only 2 flaver packets. Cooked the beef and when almost done added the tomatoes, corn. I did this too extract the juices. Than drained. Added pepper, minced onion and garlic powder. Next time Im gonna added chopped garlic. Great for Nothin in the house Deal or Being Broke!!:0

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
This was my first time making a Lasagna:) I sortof messed up on the noodles but It was a good mistake. I boiled some water than put the noodles in the 13by9 dish and poured the water over it and let it sit for 25 mins. Well The curly part on the edges fell off and the pasta was most of the way done but I liked it this way bec that's usually what I dont like about lasagna. The hard Crispy edges. The meat mixture I used real tomatoes instead of canned, added parm and sadly didnt have tomato paste which would of made sauce alot better:( but added 16oz can of Hunts garlic and herb sauce. The ricotta mix, just added one more egg. Also Keep some sauce aside without meat for the bottom and top. I layered mine noodles, meat sauce, ricotta, mozz cheese. Really fantastic recipe!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
Im not Irish but have had Corned Beef and cabbage many times and this is the best way to do it. It doesnt come out stringy or too well put together just right in the middle. You really have to boil Corned Beef. Im going to do it this way for now on. Thanks!

Iced Tea II

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
I noticed this tasted alot better if it sits for a few days. I did double the tea bags and half the lemon juice. Which it was still alittle sour. I would only make this again if I had nothing else in the house to drink. Was just okay for me.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
Yum! These were very good! Ive never had anything like this b4. I didnt use any celery but I sauteed the onion and peppers bec I wanted them alittle soft. I doubled the recipe and that made me 6 med size burgers.(had some mild chedder cheese on top) Also added alittle more breadcrumbs but everything else I left the same. Went well with crispy potato wedges from this site. Great way to switch things up! Will make again.

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Went with alot of reviews on this one. Omitted the salt and added basil and pepper. Fried the Kielbasa with an onion and garlic. Boiled potatoes and broccoli for 10mins. And only used a cup of milk and used cream of celery instead of the mush. This is a sturdy Kielbasa meal and will be making again. As written 2 stars as rewiews written 4 so I went in the middle.

This was out of this world amazing!!!The sauce was really really good is great over rice. I Also loved the pineapple and chicken together!! I skipped the breadcrumbs, halfed the sugar and used pineapple juice instead of water(next time going to use pineapple chunks) Also only took 20 mins to cook.. but everything else I went by the book. I ate two chicken breast and I rarely do that and wanted even more lol I just couldnt stop eating it...Thanks so much a great meal to impress:)

Swedish Meatballs I

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
Wow! This was great! I doubled the recipe, used breadcrumbs instead and added some garlic. This makes alot of sauce and I even left out a crm of chicken. Next time Ill still double the meat but only use 1 crm of mushroom and 1 crm of chicken.(same amount of evapourated milk) Also added some mushrooms and a few dollups of sour cream. I Threw it all in the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high and it turned out excellent. Very Creamy and Rich.

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
Very creamy!! I used dill relish bec I dont like sweet and didnt add lemon juice bec it would have been too runny. I was tempted to add spices or some mustard but decided to stay true to the recipe and I'm glad that I did:)
