Cranberry Spinach Salad
Wonderful salad, very simple yet really good. I added a braeburn apple and some crumbled wensleydale cheese with cranberries, and for the dressing I only used 1 Tbsp of brown sugar (was still a bit too sweet so next time I'll use even less), left out the sour cream and added some poppy seeds. So delicious! Maybe next time I'll try it with pears.. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cheesy Quinoa Pilaf with Spinach
Great recipe, I've been looking for a good quinoa recipe for a while and I made this after yoga class tonight and it was quick, easy and just what I needed. I used a mix of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds which added some extra crunch and used parmesan instead of the gouda and it worked out great. I also used pak choi (Chinese spinach) as the store was out of normal spinach and I think next time I might add a few baby or sundried tomatoes. Thanks for the great recipe!

Luscious Lemon Bars
These bars were awesome : ) I grated some lemon rind as suggested by other reviewers and added extra lemon juice (fresh) as I really wanted them to taste lemony.. Also, I doubled the recipe and ended up baking it in a round pie tin as there still wasn't enough to spread out on a cookie sheet like I was hoping.. Other than that they were perfect (think they'd work great as a pie too!). I found melting the butter as also suggested really helped make it easy to spread. Loved the base, I think I'll be using it for other recipes too!
