LOVED IT!! My husband and son couldn't eat this fast enough!! I am somewhat lazy, so I used the roast beef at the deli idea and the cucumber ranch dressing, but it was so good!! I think I might cut down on the soy sauce a little next time I make it and that will definitely be soon! The meat is even better the next day. Try this.

My family loved this sauce with the lettuce wraps from this site. I added 2 extra tablespoons of water and 1/4 t sugar because it is awful salty...but still good.

This recipe tasted great...my only problem was trying to spread the ricotta mixture over top of the sauce mixture...I kind of made a mess!!!
