Swiss Sherry Chicken
I substituted white wine since I didn't have sherry, left out the dill and used bread crumbs instead of croutons. I also added fresh mushrooms. It was delicious! I will make this again!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I made this exactly the way the recipe read and it turned out delicious. It's very dense and chewy, which is how chocolate cake should be....I'll be making this again!

Ground Turkey Casserole
This was OK. Nothing special. I thought the turkey gave it a funny taste. Neither of my kids would eat it, except to pick off the cheese.
