Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup

I Didn't Like it thought it to rich . My wife loved it. We roasted carrots Red Peppers and onions ,Saved the Red Pepper for a garnish. Next time won't make it as the main course

Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Im with you .I make Gnocchi all the time was very disapointed ,Used a lot less four and still they were heavy with no flavor.

Pot Roast Caribe

I liked this alot ,Wanted something new. Diden't care for the Vegies in the sause and would definatly add a little heat next time. Made great sandwiches the next day
