I am latin - originally from Cuba - more than 50 years in the USA. Love to cook, actually its my hobby. Trying new recipies is always a joy to me. lasagna, chicken, latin food, pastas, traditional american foods The night before Christmas, we bake a pork loin and everyone brings a traditional latin dish passed on from their ancestors. I teach friends and family how to cook traditional american and latin foods. Everyone calls me since I always have a recipe to share. Cooking with my son (6) years old and he wanted to try hot chocolate. I used the hand whisker and it went all over the kitchen. Have burnt rice a couple of times...have left it to do something else and came back too late.
