Yum Yum Yum......Very good recipe. I did not use the spinach or parsley because I did not have any on hand. Otherwise I followed directions, but doubled the cumin and chile. Baked in oven using eggroll wrappers, and they turned out great! NO reason to fry these!!!! I am making them again Friday for my nephews birthday party, I think they will be a hit. I made Cilantro cream sauce to dip them in! Yummmmmmm

Very simple and yummy! I took my dough and made 12 small rolls for dinner and then rolled out the rest and made cinnamon rolls for dessert! Both were yumnmmmm. No changes needed here!

Soooo easy and yummy. I did not have a bell pepper, so I left that out. I had to cook for about 30 minutes for the potato to cook through. I think it would have been good to pop it in the oven and bake it, maybe I will try that next time. Overall easy and good!
