perfect meatloaf recipe AS IS! the 9x13 pan keeps all the grease away from the meatloaf and makes it a little crispy, yet juicey in the middle! Great addition of steak sauce vs ketchup versions. Even my picky eaters who won't eat soggy meatloaf, loved this. Thanks for sharing and I will definitely make this again.

FABULOUS RECIPE! I have made this a few times now and it is always yummy. I added more garlic to the recipe since we couldn't taste any garlic when made as the recipe indicated. More garlic definately helped! I agree with the other posts that it's nice not having to use sour cream. Easy dish and definately a favorite. Thanks!

Chicken was tender but not very flavorful. I've never had Cracker Barrel's version, but this was a little too bland for my taste. I did try the baked version so maybe the pan fried version is better.
