Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This one definitely trumps my old cookie recipe. HOWever, make sure to freeze the cookie dough before baking. The first batch I made no modifications, and they were good but flat. The second batch I took other's advice to freeze the dough beforehand, which worked great. Thanks for the recipe!

Oregon Salmon Patties
surprisingly really good! I made a gluten free version with quinoa flour and dry mustard, but it was still really good.

Lentil and Green Collard Soup
I guess you really have to like cummin to like this recipe. That is all I could taste. I just didn't like the soup, alltogether.
