Summer Potato Salad
I'm always wary of writing reviews when I've changed the recipe, but I'll make an exception! I only used about half the mayonnaise sauce in the recipe to keep the fat content down, I didn't add the sauce to hot potatoes but let them cool first and I omitted the mustard (girlfriend hates mustard). Nevertheless, the flavours were bright and well balanced and we kept the leftovers for lunch the next day! Will definitely make this again.

Chimichurri Sauce
Fantastic marinade for grilling steak. Beautiful dipping sauce for bread! A must try condiment

Pesto, Goat Cheese, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Quiche
The flavors in this quiche are excellent. What's not good to say about Pesto, cheese and sun dried tomatoes! If we were making it again I might bake the pastry blind as the pesto made the base a little soggy. Also as suggested we used 2% instead of the cream. Overall a smashing recipe
