Apple Bacon Tomato Soup
this is comfort food with a twist that makes it appropriate for company. Don't let the combination scare you off.

Carmel's Crunchy Pea Salad
I've been making this for over 20 years. I add a little Zesty Italian alad dressing. Make sure not to add the cashews ahead as they will get soggy.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops
This is rated 5 stars because it is very easy and tastes good. I prepared this in a camper for our very first experience. It worked very well. I also baked it in the marinade.
