Chicken Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2008
O M G! This recipe was AWESOME!!! I loved it so much I ate it for lunch and dinner the next day too! I made a few modifications because of the other reviews complaining of the saltiness. To cut the saltiness I added some rice vinegar and some chili paste, and a little bit of splenda. I also (believe it or not) added some kerrygold sweet mustard sauce. It was so good! I also used red onions and used red and yellow bell peppers. This was amazing!! Thanks for the great post!

Barbecued Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
I thought this was pretty good. My hubby and I both agreed on a 4 star rating. I did make some small modifications. I used 1/2 C. aplle cider vinegar and the rest as white vinegar. I also added in a few ybsp. of bottled bbq at the advice of the other readers. I added some gar;ic and onion powder and a tbsp. of splenda to sweeten it up. I baked the chops in the oven for 30 minutes and pulled them out and thickened the sauce with some flour because the sauce was pretty runny. I used really thin chops, so they were a little more dry than I would have liked. All in all, I will make this again. Thanks for sharing :D

I really like the sauce a lot! I used chinese chili sauce instead of hot pepper sauce because that's what I had on hand. My husband and I really liked it :) Thanks for a great recipe :)

Glazed Pork Chop

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2008
OMG! I don't think I have EVER had pork chops that I LOVED sooo much!! I only made small alterations to the recipe- I used spicy brown mustard and splenda brown sugar blend. I also added a chopped shallot. I browned the chops in an oven proof skillet and baked them for 30 minutes at 350. Then I added made extra sauce and thickened it in the pan. I will make this over and over again! Thanks so much for sharing such a phenomanol recipe!! :D

This was pretty good! I made a few subsitutions- I did not have all of those apples on hand so I used some pears. I also used margarine and Splenda brown sugar mix, weight control quaker oatmeal and sugar free syrup. It turned out wonderfully! My hubby liked it as well, so I will be makingthis again for sure :) Thanks!!

This was awesome! I followed the tips in some of the reviews and only made small alterations.I used two cups chicken broth instead of water and I added 1/4 tsp. of ground cumin. I also added a can of diced green chiles. My picky hubby loved this rice and so did I! I will make this over and over again! Thanks for such a great dish!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
I made this tonight and my hubby and I LOVED it! There's only two of us, so I halved the recipe so we have lots of leftovers. The only changes I made were to use fat free cream of chix soup and fat free cream of mushr. soup. I used whole wheat pasta. I also used more than 2 oz of crackers and I mixed them with melted margarine and the cheese, and spead it on top. I had to bake it for about 40 minutes. It was amazing though! I will def make this over and over aain! Thanks for such a great, easy and quick dinner!

Broiled Chicken with Corn-Pineapple Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
I LOVE this!! I put my own twist on it though. I did not use the jalepeno b/c I did not have one on hand. I let the salsa sit over night so the flavors could blend together, and I marinated the chicken in teriaki sauce overnight as well. It was delicious! I servied it with curried couscous and a green salad. I will make his again and again!

Super Scrambled Eggs Number One

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
We liked the recipe alot. I put my own twist on it though. I added some old bay seaseoning, and I used some salt and black pepper as well. I also used bacon bits and frozen onions (which I sauteed in butter first). It was pretty good! I will make it again!
