Soft Onion Sandwich Rolls
FANTASTIC! I use these a lot, make them about once a week. Tonight we're using them toasted for French Dip sandwiches. I didn't modify the recipe in any way, so the review is "as is" and it's great!!!

Two Tier Strawberry Pie
OH SO GOOD! I don't usually modify recipes but made this as an afterthought, so I used 4oz cream cheese, an extra drop or two of both extracts, and two ladles of cool whip instead of cream (we're moving, measuring cups are packed ;))I also used a cinnamon graham cracker crust. The filling held up just fine overnight. I didn't have grenadine and follwed another reviewers suggestion of water and food coloring. Beautiful and delicious, this will definitely become a staple in our house!

Strawberry Pie VI
I wasn't sure I was going to like this when I mixed the jello and cool whip, it may have been my fault for not letting the jello cool and thicken enough because it looked a little funky. BUT much to my suprise and the delight of DH and my kids, it was FANTASTIC. Light, creamy, and cool. I may add more berries next time but it was a really wonderful treat and between the two adults and three kids, there are no leftovers. I love how simple it is too, I was able to let my girls, 6 and 4, help quite a bit :)
