I'm fifteen, and live with my father. Cooking used to play a big part of my life when I was younger, but once mom started working, and then later lived separately from my father and I, cooking pretty much became a distant memory. Now that I've got the time, I want to experiment and learn how to cook so meal time can once again become something more than just a daily must-do.

So far, baked chicken. I'm a chicken addict, and it's so easy to cook in the oven it's ridiculous.
