I have 2 children and I love to cook for my family. I love making cakes for my kids birthdays. Love to cook healthy and desserts are my favorite (kinda oxymoron). I love to run to burn off the calories from my desserts that I make. Desserts. My family loves my lasagna and my cheesecake. I have made kid's birthday cakes for my children from Thomas the tank, Green eggs and Ham, Bionicle, AVP cake, Princess Aurora and the Ginger bread man. Trying to double up the recipe on a cheesecake for fund raising. It was the worst cheesecake I have ever made, but people bought them and asked for the recipe after.
