Old-Fashioned Roasted Pecans
these were good, but I wish they were a little more flavorful. I used about 1/3 white sugar, I'd use all brown sugar next time. If I were to make them again, I'd add more salt and might try the spices suggested by another reviewer.

Herb Roasted Pork
I used a bone-in pork roast because that was all that was available, and it was fantastic. I made it for a huge Christmas party and everyone loved it. I put the rub on the night before. When I make it again I'll try doubling the amount of the rub.
