Buttermilk Pancakes II
I love this recipe and make it every Saturday for pigs in a blanket. The only thing I add is a dash of cinnamon and a little bit of vanilla extract, other than that it is a suburb recipe.

Mark's English Sausage Rolls
Kel's Irish Restaurant in Portland, OR serves this pastry, usually I only can have them when i'm downtown. Thank you so much for posting this, it is an excellent recipe. I honestly did not think it was very greasy as other posters had mentioned.
