Russian Potato Salad
I am russian, and I LOVE this salad! My mom actually made this 2 days ago. Instead of the hotdogs either use boiled chicken breasts (my favorite way) or Bologna cut into small pieces. Also add boiled carrots, which you can cook in the same pot as the potatoes. We also add some dill for color and flavor. You can use green onion or regular onion. Cut the potatoes when they are still hot/warm and put the mayo in as you cut them, while they are warm. This makes the salad creamier and better tasting! Enjoy!

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms
These were AMAZING!! I used 30 mushroom caps and used 2 cans of clams and 1 can of crab meat. I used a red bell pepper instead of green. Also, one thing I changed that (I think) made them even better was: I used fresh dill and fresh parsley. The dill was my own addition. These were flavorful, fairly easy to make and everyone was reaching for seconds and thirds! I would put them under the broiler for a few min just to brown the tops. Planning to make these again VERY soon! Oh, and don't use all that butter! You can get away with 1/2 a cup IN the mixture and just cooking spray before going in the oven.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
This was okay, nothing incredibly special. I let the broccoli sit in the fridge over night to absorb the mayo dressing. The family liked it, but no one raved about it. I would probably not make it again for a large group. Maybe just for myself for dinner.
