Baked Soy Lemon Chops
Not sure if it was something I did, but came out very dry and not very much flavor -- even though I reduced the time. Will not make this again.

Roasted Salmon with Orange-Ginger Glaze
Great recipe. I seared the salmon first on both sides with a little sesame oil and halved the cooking time. Turned it out wonderfully.
