It's Chili by George!!

This is a great base for a chili. I did add/change a few things. a can of Rotel, a can of chili made tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar in place of the white, LOTS of garlic and ground turkey in place of ground beef. YUMMY

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Husband and I LOVE this recipe and it is in my monthly rotation. I sometimes will add/change a few things like mushrooms or turkey meatballs in place of the sausage to the mix, but this soup is great just as it is written. Definitely a keeper!

Pineapple Stuffing

I took the advice of others and cut the sugar in half, and did 1/4c brown & 1/4 cup white sugar. I always use butter in place of margarine, 1 can pineapple tidbits and one can crushed pineapple and I sprinkle all spice on top. Cover and bake for 45min and uncovered for 15min. DELICIOUS!!

I followed recipe almost as is, I added some zucchini and used fresh mushrooms instead of canned, and no pepperoni (my friend doesn't care for it) but all in all this one is a keeper.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I used sourdough and wheat bread and I thought this came out good. I would maybe increase the bread amount a little bit next time... Also, turkey keilbasa is a good alternative to the sausage.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

This was soo good! I incorporated everyone's suggestions (cutting salt, mixing in the french fried onions, sauteing the onions beforehand... and so on) and this came out deliciously! I will definitely make this again!!!

Classic Spanish Sangria

I made this for a halloween party a couple of weeks ago and within an hour all of this was gone! (I had made 2 pitchers) Using spiced rum and using plenty of oranges made this even better. Make sure you have plenty on hand!!
