I am the mother of 3 grown children. My husband and I are full time RVers. This can make cooking a challenge because of space and equipment. I have learned to cook in cast iron dutch ovens. This is outdoor cooking over a fire or charcole. Foods cooked this way have a wonderful full flavor. I have "mastered" the Allrecipes "Get a Husband Brunswick Stew" using the dutch oven. I get raves every time. Our family enjoys cooking together when ever we are all in the same place for a big meal. With a son in the Air Force, this isn't as often as I would like. Again, everything I have cooked in the cast iron oven, has turned out very good. Pineapple upside cake, blackberry cobbler, Pioneer beans and porkchops with rice. Too many to recall! The worst was when I invited a group over and cooked an entire meal that was for the first time. The main course was a tragedy.
