Spaghetti Carbonara II
As others suggested, I put the eggs and parm cheese together before mixing with warm pasta. It was wonderful. I did substitute turkey bacon, which didn't give off as much fat. I didn't drain off any of the fat and just added the onions and 2 garlic cloves. I also decreased the pasta amount so it would be more saucy! Yum!
