Sausage Corn Chowder
Average recipe, I like my chowder thicker and with more spices/flavor. Might add cornstarch or potato flakes and some more spices.

Raspberry Trifle
I love it, the family loves it, and I've already got requests for it again. I used frozen berry mix though (blue, rasp, black, and straw berries) - very yummy!
