Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins
I took these to a communal meal, and EVERYONE raved about them. I had two dozen, and didn't take a single one home! delicious!

Easy Chicken Satay
This is delicious! My 3 yr old daughter is extremely picky; this is a great, easy recipe to make at home that she eats, which is hard to find! We left out curry powder just because we didn't have any, but still delicious. Awesome recipe- try it!

Oatmeal Cake II
This is delicious! I highly recommend it! So moist and only slightly sweet, not overwhelming. Great breakfast goodie.
