Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was very good potato soup. My husband is kind of "iffy" on potato soup and he liked it. I used 1/2 chicken broth to boil my potatoes and held salt till the end and added a little. It was quick compared with usual potato soup recipes. Also, cooking milk and flour separately made it easy to keep lumps out. Will definitely make again and again.

Party Pinwheels
Great, easy recipe! I have taken this several times to events, family dinners, etc. and they disappear very quickly. After the first dinner, it was fun to watch what happens once they are discovered by the guests. I highly recommend this one, and have been asked many times for the recipe.

Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a great recipe! Quick, easy, and I usually have most of the ingredients on hand. Didn't have mushrooms, so left them out. My husband thought it need more noodles (I used the dried egg noodles, not frozen). So I just added some more - about double+ what recipe called for, just stirred them in while it was still hot and it was even better the next day. Great for wintery days like we have here!
