Soo tasty and filling. Great skiing/hiking snack. I had mixed dried fruit so I threw that in there as well.

Brown Rice, Broccoli, Cheese and Walnut Surprise
Great recipe. I made some changes suggested by previous users: Used a lot more cheese, mixed it throughout the dish then put in cassarole dish and baked it for about 10 minutes.
