Southern Style Banana Split Cake
I must say this cake was great- except for the sugar in the crust. Omit the 3/4 cup of white sugar in the crust and it will be perfect! My family loved it but the crust made it a little too sweet. It was still gone in a matter of hours.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have made these cookies many times and I hardly ever get to eat any because they are literally gone as soon as I take them out of the oven. These are my absolute favorite cookie and my in-laws ask for them every time I go visit. For the people who said they were runny....Make sure the cookie sheet is cool when you put the dough on. It also helps to refrigerate the dough for a while. I usually add extra vanilla extract, and cut out 1/2 cup of flour.Try adding toffee chips. They are So delicious!!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II
I made this for Thanksgiving last year at my in-laws, and they absolutely loved it. I thought it was really good too. Although I was skeptical about pumpkin cheesecake, the pumpkin flavor is not overpowering. I made one with graham cracker crust and the other with ginger snaps and the ginger snap was much better. I also suggest doing 1.5X the crust recipe. It makes the perfect amount.
