Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast
This recipe makes a perfect prime rib! We always make our prime rib roast exactly like this at Christmas. One important note is to ensure that the roast is at room temperature before you start roasting - believe it or not, it makes it even better.

Turkey Shepherd's Pie
This one is a true keeper - the best use of Thanksgiving leftovers ever! I made it as stated, except I omitted the carrots (we didn't have those for Thanksgiving). My husband raved, although my kids complained because all of the food was "touching." They picked out the turkey, at least!

Mulligatawny Soup I
Holy cow! This is an amazing recipe. My husband informed me that he wanted me to make this again soon - this is a keeper! I followed the recipe exactly. I do agree though that it was just enough for my family with no leftovers, so be careful to double it if you're serving more than three people.
