Love this! Tastes better than a restaraunt! Will use again and again!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This just might be the best dish I've ever made! Next time I will for sure pair it with asparagus & drizzle the white wine sauce over that as well. I followed the recipe word for word except I used italian breadcrumbs to bread it and I added paprika to the crumbs before coating the chicken.

Mom's Country Gravy
I followed precisely and thought the flavor was awful! It tasted like animal fat to me. After reading reviews I see some people used butter instead of oil, and that would probably make it much better. I would not reccommend using oil!!!
